Loki is an extremely clever, highly manipulative all-out bastard. And he is a smart motherfucker which makes me question why I'm playing him again. He's cunning and mischievous and will basically be in your business.
So! The permissions. They basically amount to can Loki infomod your character because he is a major jackass like that. But because I'm not a jackass it'd be great if you would sign off on it or not.
I'm not adding something like can Loki manipulate your character because if you are interacting with him, that's kind of a given.

Would your character be susceptible to mind control? It is totally acceptable to say no! The way I figure it, it's likely much more difficult to control a strong-minded individual than a weak-minded individual. If your character has mental resistances of a magical or supernatural variety, say so here.
Can Loki go back through the network and access your character's past entries and messages?
Can Loki go back through the network and access your character's private/locked entries and messages?
What relevant information would be useful to know about your character? Powers, abilities, strengths, weaknesses, relationships, attachments, connections to Marvel characters, etc. Feel free to admit anything Loki would not feasibly have access to, such as things not revealed on the network.HTML HERE

Powers: Pyrokinetic. Doesn't need a lighter or the source. Just a second to think and whatever she's focused on will burn. And burn hot. Hot enough to set cinderblocks and concrete on fire. She can also form fireballs to launch at targets and create enough heat between herself and bullets or other problematic objects to destroy them before they get to her.
Weaknesses: She can't control a fire already existing. She can be harmed by her own fire if she looks away from it and loses control over it. She also tends to lose herself in her ability if she lets it go long enough, almost like the ability is taking control and it's hard to pull herself out of it.
Relationships: Friends with Buffy, Pyro, No Name, Ariadne, Wilson, Toph, Dulcie, The Weasley Twins, Liz Parker, Evil Ed, Dawn Summers, Nathan Young, Alisha Bailey, Rapunzel and Pascal (yes this totally counts.) Stephen Stills.
Marvel connections: She knows Sif, Thor, Pepper Potts, Tony Stark and Rhodey. Also, Bucky and Steve are family to her.
If I think of anything else, I'll let you know.

VERY COMPLICATED RELATIONSHIP with Tony Stark. You know how it is.
Within the City, has started to become friends with Charlie McGee and Bucky Barnes. (I have intentions of throwing her at Sif but haven't yet). Has met Thor over the network, is still a little mO__Om at the Norse god thing. Doesn't know the details.

Can Loki go back through the network and access your character's private/locked entries and messages? Sure.
What relevant information would be useful to know about your character? He doesn't have any superpowers, but he does have a whole trophy room on his spaceship, the Death's Head, full of weapons, mods, and other body parts he's taken from other Transformers. He's kinda sadistic like that. Not to mention half his body and all his weapons were cannibalized off other robots since his does his own repair jobs.
He's also got a solid light avatar called a holoform (short for holomatter form) that he got from the dieties. It looks like a large pale man with tattoos and plenty of muscles.
In canon, he had a one-day partnership with an Autobot named Prowl and came to see Prowl as one of the few bots equal to him and developed some friendly feelings for him. In poly, he was once brainwashed by a curse into being Charlie McGee's adopted father, and despite the curse not lasting, he still maintains a friendship with her and has her back, but he's keeping it under his hat for fear of being seen as soft.

No superpowers, but he used to be a C-Sec officer (basically a cop) and later a vigilante called Archangel.
He's pals with Steve Rogers, and he may have once dropped Thor a line.
Pretty sure the youtube vids for memory theater got nuked during the transfer, so here's the gist of the important ones in case I don't get them back up by the time you browse his journal: He was betrayed by one of his vigilante teammates, Sidonis, and spent years harboring thoughts of revenge. In the end, his commanding officer (and main character in Mass Effect) Jane Shepard convinced him that letting Sidonis live in agonizing guilt was punishment enough. He's also romantically involved with Shepard, but is really, really awkward about it, since she's the first human he's ever been attracted to.
He also dreads the day when the Reapers (fleet of robo-Cthulhu, more or less) will reach his galaxy and kill everyone.

Member and Officer of Millennium Group (Nazi based organization that created artificial vampires, trained ghouls to be soldiers, and WWIII). Luke is a "man-made" (High quality artificial vamp. Lower ones are "instants"), a walking bioweapon (can raise a ghoul army up in no time and be their boss), and has done some bad things. Still does some bad things, but not super obvious about it (L sense V hiding stuff, again).
Downplays his abilities (high speed, strength, weapons skills, etc.,.) to keep most people in the dark. Also faked his cutting ties with Millennium/works undercover.
Wants to takeover this world. Not actually be in charge, but help out whoever is (power behind the throne type).
Hanging around around with a bunch of Germans and their Wagner loving leader, he knows some of the Norse tales. Already kind of unsure about trusting that Loki. Because Thor&Co are different from the mythology of his world, he's more iffy about this Loki and so keeping his distance for now. Might need some convincing to join Loki's side.

What relevant information would be useful to know about your character?: Liz should be dead. She was shot and fatally wounded, but healed and brought back to life by an alien king, who didn't know he was an alien king at the time... just an alien. Unknown to Liz, this act of healing and forceful manipulation of her DNA altered her genetic structure, giving her access to abilities humans otherwise can't touch. Right now, she's completely unaware of them beyond being able to receive 'flashes' of memories, feelings, and other information when she makes intimate contact with people (kissing, etc. ...mostly kissing). Later on in canon, she develops precognitive abilities and can create and throw bursts of energy at people from her hands. I'm not entirely sure when (or if) I'll be dipping her toes into those powertastic waters in the game, but THERE YOU GO.
Also, she's a huge geek and would be familiar with Norse Mythology and is deeply involved in the Roswell conspiracy. But that's a secret. >.>

What relevant information would be useful to know about your character? HE IS THE SON OF A NEXUS POINT OF THE MARVEL UNIVERSE. I realize that doesn't mean the Marvel Movie U (since who knows what's going on with the Scarlet Witch there) but since Wanda is the most powerful magic user in the Marvel U (so powerful she created her own world) and Billy inherited her powers, it is clear that Billy is probably on-par with Wanda - at least in potential, since he is only 16 and is pretty crappy with follow-through sometimes. Also he did once summon Loki on accident (while Loki was impersonating Wanda) but again, that's 616 so I'll let you decide on the relevancy of that for yourself.

Powers: Sephiroth is capable of strong elemental attacks: Fire, Ice, and Lightning. He can heal wounds and revive the (recently) dead under certain circumstances. He is also capable of energy attacks of unknown origin. His strength, speed, and reflexes are far stronger than those of any ordinary human's, and he can teleport for short distances.
Alignment: Lawful Neutral.
Emotional state: He is troubled and starting to become a little unstable, and he is largely preoccupied with the very recent deaths of his best friends and the events surrounding them.
Relationships: Sephiroth is a loner. He keeps himself apart, in spite of the fact that this is not a good idea in the City where one's sanity is concerned. He has made a few acquaintances, notably Rosiel, Carla, Estelle, Ariadne, Bones, Stephen, Alois, and Delacroix. He keeps a pet: a large black bird (chocobo). He remains social by working at City Solutions (technically, he is employed by Tony Stark, though not working under him directly) in the Engineering and Chemistry departments. He spoke briefly to Sif.

Powers: Rapunzel has magic hair. It glows when she sings a specific song, and her hair also has healing powers. If it's cut, the power goes away and her hair turns brown. She's very protective of it, and has told very few people about it due to her fear of her power being abused.
Rapunzel has a very...complicated relationship with her mother, who is admittedly not here, but who continues to affect her. She's taught her to fear everything and to trust nobody but her. She's working on getting over it.
She also has a crush on Flynn Rider, who is also not here. And if she was to develop a crush on somebody else in the City during his absence, she'd end up being very confused and upset, afraid of betraying those original feelings.
Marvel Connections: She's done some work for Mr. Tony Stark in the past, doing catering for one of his parties, and she knows Bucky and Steve through her best friend, Charlie.

Can Loki go back through the network and access your character's private/locked entries and messages? OH GOD YES.
What relevant information would be useful to know about your character?
Oh, god, so much...uh...here, let's just start with this.
Despite his slight incompetence as a paranormal investigator, Hanna at least always comes slightly prepared for the job at hand. His weapon of choice is a hammer with a magic rune on it, as well as his magic marker, which he uses to draw more runes. Hanna is a surprisingly skilled magic user, his method of choice being to draw runes on whatever is nearby (including his body) and letting the magic take work. Hanna claims that his magic has very few side effects, but whether or not that is true remains to be seen, though considering who is using the magic, nasty side effects are probably more common than Hanna will let on.
For more information on Hanna’s history and magic: http://community.livejournal.com/hinabn/17394.html#cutid1
http://hanna.aftertorque.com/?page_id=2
http://hanna.aftertorque.com/?p=4
There's also some very, VERY wrong with Hanna, as seen through the scars on his chest, the reaction he has to ghosts, the fact he smells like death to vampires, and he's been called a 'rotten hollow shell of a boy'. However, I have no idea what EXACTLY is wrong with him, or how it happened, since the comic hasn't been updated in almost a year, and I'm not sure if my headcanon would be the best place to work off of, in case things change. Loki, feel free to pretend to know, though.
